4.- The user will pay attention to the indications prior to the activity provided by the organization. Very especially with regard to standards, protective equipment and safety.

CONTRACT CONDITIONS:
APPLICABLE STANDARDS


These general conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, April 13, on general contracting conditions, Royal Decree 1906/1999 of December 17, 1999, which regulates Telephone or Electronic contracting with General Conditions, to Law 26/1984 of July 19, general for the defense of Consumers and Users, to Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, to Law 7/1996 of January 15, Regulation of Retail Trade and Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

PERFECTION OF THE CONTRACT 


The perfection of this contract will occur once Jose Ramón Ruiz Robles (mon diving) has confirmed the payment of the reservation of the activity, after accepting the request made.
Jose Ramón Ruiz Robles (mon diving) reserves the right to terminate the contract automatically for non-payment, as well as for breach by the client of any of the obligations contained in these general conditions.

 

ECONOMIC CONDITIONS, RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION OF THE ACTIVITY 


The indicated prices include: guide services, Civil Liability insurance and collective material.
The reservation of the activity must be made with the payment of 50% of the total amount of the activity.    
      
In case of cancellation of the activity by the participants, the following criteria will be followed for the return of the amounts paid and payment of the cost of the activity:     
-If there are more than three weeks left to carry out the activity, they will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amounts paid.           
-If the cancellation is made with less than three weeks and more than 5 calendar days, you will only be entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount of the reservation.           
-If the participant/s cancel the activity during the 5 days prior to the start, the reservation will not be returned     
-If the activity is canceled by the participants during the development of the activity, the total amount of the activity must be paid.   

 

SECURITY


Participants must provide Jose Ramón Ruiz Robles (mon diving), for inclusion in the accident policy, the following information: name and surnames, ID and date of birth.
The activities are subject to weather conditions and the number and characteristics of the people who participate. The schedules, itineraries and ways to follow may be modified or even suspended, in whole or in part, if the circumstances so advise and always at the discretion of the responsible guide. The client must pay attention to the indications and advice that the guide or technician indicates, as well as show respect towards the whole group.
For those activities that take place in areas subject to land protection figures, participants must follow the guide's instructions about the permitted activities in order to minimize the impact on the territory and ecosystems. 

JETSURF DENIA SL reserves the right to cancel the activity due to adverse weather conditions, only when the Maritime Authority prohibits navigation. Inadequate weather conditions are understood as those that do not allow safe navigation for the participants in the event. In these circumstances, the Maritime Captaincies issue communications recommending no navigation. In this case, the client will be entitled to a 100% refund of the total amount paid. If the change of date is proposed by the client, who decides to cancel the event and does not agree to change the date in agreement with JETSURF DENIA SL, he will lose the amount of the reservation (50%). Having the right to a refund of 50% of the total of the event (in the event that this had already been paid). The way to make a reservation is as follows: 50% of the total upon confirmation of the date and the rest on the day of the event.
